Information you choose to send us
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, it sends the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, your meeting area, any preferred date or time, and the description of your request. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, so that your message reaches us. Please leave ID numbers, medical details, and other sensitive information out of the form.
Phone, text, and email
If you call or text 551-755-3735 or email contact@jerseycitymobilenotary.com, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your phone number, email address, and message, through those communication services.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, discuss your request and quote, arrange an appointment, and provide the service you ask for.
Website chat assistant
The website may offer an optional chat assistant. Nothing is sent until you open it and send a message. When you use it, the messages you type and the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your city, a preferred date or time, and translation languages or page count, are processed by our chat service, which runs on Cloudflare. Your messages are sent to OpenAI so the assistant can understand your request.
Before a new chat starts, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person rather than an automated program, and may process technical information about your browser and device to do so. If you share a phone number or other contact details, they are saved to our lead records in Google Sheets so we can follow up with you. The assistant can make mistakes; saving your details does not confirm an appointment.
If you choose voice chat, your browser asks for permission to use your microphone. Your voice conversation is processed by Deepgram, together with OpenAI, to transcribe and respond to what you say. You can use text chat or call us instead of using voice.
Website analytics (Google Analytics)
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site and how it performs, for example which pages are viewed and when someone uses a call, booking, or contact-form button. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies and may collect information such as your browser and device type, general location based on your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. We review this information in summary reports to improve the website.

Cloudflare Web Analytics
This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to help understand website traffic and performance. Cloudflare may process technical information about visits to the website, such as device, browser, and request information, according to its own privacy practices.
Embedded Google Maps
The Home and Contact pages include an embedded Google Map, and pages link to our Google Maps listing. When the map loads, or when you interact with it or open the listing, your browser connects to Google, which may collect information, including through cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Appointment booking (Google Calendar)
The "Book an Appointment" options take you to an appointment booking page hosted by Google Calendar. Any information you enter there is collected through Google's scheduling service and handled under Google's privacy policy. We receive the booking details needed to arrange your appointment.
Website hosting
This website is hosted using a third-party hosting provider. The hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, and request data.

You can contact us by phone instead of using the contact form, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
